Our Story
When our CEO, Amanda Simms, faced the challenge of caring for her mother diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in Spain, she discovered how hard it can be for expats to access local care in their native language.
This deeply personal journey inspired her to create a foundation dedicated to compassion, inclusion, and community support — helping others who face similar challenges across the world.
Simms Community Impact Foundation was born from this vision: to give back and to help communities care for one another.

What We Do
Simms Community Impact Foundation supports community-driven projects proposed by employees, partners, and customers of Simms & Associates around the world.
Each project addresses real needs within local communities, from access to care and education to inclusion and wellbeing.
Our first project focuses on creating a community for people with dementia in Valencia, and their carers, offering tailored support to non-Spanish-speaking residents and their families.
How We’re Funded
The foundation is financed by a portion of Simms & Associates’ annual profits.
In the future, Simms Community Impact Foundation will open to external fundraising and sponsorships to expand its global impact.
